Higashikurume City in Tokyo is notable for its abundant water sources and is the only city in Tokyo selected for the "Heisei Famous Water 100." Spa Japo uses "Musashino Onsen," which comes from deeper layers than the famous spring water.

Musashino Onsen is known for its clear, colorless water, which is rare in the Kanto region where dark, cloudy "kuroyu" is common. The spring is a "sodium-chloride bicarbonate spring," rich in carbon dioxide, gentle on the body, and has skin-beautifying effects. It is popular with people of all ages.

Spa Japo uses Musashino Onsen for most of its 15 types of baths. The indoor baths feature six types of baths and two saunas for both men and women, including high-concentration carbonated baths and seasonal scented baths. The carbon dioxide helps to warm the body thoroughly, preventing chills.

The sauna area, bustling with many enthusiasts, is well-equipped. The steam sauna, which sprays steam by pouring water on heated sauna stones, promotes sweating and provides a refreshing experience.

The outdoor baths, shared by both men and women, include seven types: "Electric Bath," "Rock Bath," "Waist Bath," "Lying-down Bath," "Silk Bath," "Hot Bubble Pot Bath," and "Very Hot Bath." The popular "High-Concentration Carbonated Bath" from the indoor baths is also available in the single-person "Hot Bubble Pot Bath."

The "Rock Bath," surrounded by rugged rocks, offers the natural hot spring experience with the openness of an outdoor setting.

Spa Japo offers more than just baths. Visitors can enjoy post-bath amenities such as a stone sauna, relaxation spaces, a lounge with unlimited manga, and a restaurant, providing a leisurely experience.

The stone sauna, a key relaxation feature, is located on the 5th floor and boasts over 100 beds. This expansive area is divided into five sections, each featuring different medicinal stones. Guests can choose their preferred stone sauna experience from these diverse areas.
